If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your attendance plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures (school and room and baord reservations)  and refund your money. Our rates of refund are can be summarized as follows:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date -- full refund
• Cancellation 10 days or more before arrival date -- Euro 75 penalty
• 5 days before arrival date -- Euro 100 penalty
• 1 day before arrival date -- Euro 125 penalty
• After arrival date - we will pro-rate the refund ( we will refund the unused lesson / workshop time except for a Euro 50 Penalty fee )

The above rates are valid for all classes /workshop offered at www.schoolofceramics.org, unless otherwise stated by online agent upon confirmation of booking. For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail paolo or fax 001-301-424-6446) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Please note that if your purchase was made through a credit card, the amount you receive will reflect a 3% deduction from the full price as a result of the processing fee charged by the credit card company.
